Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, where consumer is any natural Person who enters into a transaction for purposes which can predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent vocational activity:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel within fourteen days stating the reason this contract.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, the last goods have taken possession or has.
Notwithstanding the above, the withdrawal period in the case of a contract for regular delivery of Goods over a set period of time, four have taken ten days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, the goods in possession or has.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Leafium BV, Goeman Borgesiuslaan 77, 3515 ET Utrecht, the Netherlands, E-Mail: leafium@protonmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by Post or E-Mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract, inform. You can use the attached sample revocation form, which however is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have you all payments that we have received from you, including the costs (with the exception of additional costs, which arise from the fact that you have chosen another kind of delivery than the offered by us, cheapest standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which to repay, on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received by us for delivery. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the Goods back again or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the Goods, whichever is the earlier point in time.
You shall return the Goods immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to us or to pass. The deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the Goods.
You have to pay for a possible loss in value of the Goods if this loss in value is attributable to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods which is not necessary in dealing with them.
Exclusion and / or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The revocation right expires prematurely in case of contracts for the supply of sealed Goods which are not suitable for reasons of health protection or Hygiene to return if their seal has been removed after the delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply for consumers who, no member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose exclusive domicile and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.
