Sceletium tortuosum is a rare Plant

The genus Sceletium of the family Aizoaceae Mesembryanthemoideae is characterized by the significantly skeletonized leaf vein, which is dried, older leaves visible. Sceletium is a genus with climbing or past habits and succulents.
